The Fritz Hotel is located in a quiet, secure residential street,
Faure Street #1.
The area around The Fritz Hotel has developed nicely over the last
year, and scores of new businesses, restaurants and coffee shops have
opened. In spite of that, Faure Street has preserved its character
as a quiet residential street, owing also to the fact that the street
was classified as protected area by the city council and no alteration
may be done to the facades of buildings.

Faure Street is a small street parallel to Kloof Street which itself
is the extension of Cape Town’s main street, Long Street.
